Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a a group of hereditary disorders that primarily influence the legs. While there is currently no cure for HSP, a variety of treatment options are available to address its symptoms and optimize quality of life. These treatments can a spectrum of therapies, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and
